PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an information distribution system having a redundant transmission route of distributed information to be displayed on a display device.SOLUTION: An information distribution server 5 for distributing information for display is connected to a plurality of information display terminals 1-4 through wired communication paths. The information display terminals 1-4 mutually form radio communication paths by an ad hoc network, and are connected to a plurality of display devices 6-9 for displaying the distributed information through video signal transmission paths. In the event of a failure in one of the wired communication paths, the information display terminal connected to the failed wired communication path is configured to communicate with the information distribution server 5 through the ad hoc network. |
