PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict the number of visitors with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An information processing device 100 has a storage unit 201, an extraction unit 202, a calculation unit 203 and an output unit 204. The storage unit 201 stores information indicative of a characteristic on each day for each day and the number of visitors for each day. The extraction unit 202 refers to the storage unit 201, and extracts a first period and a second period that coincide with a characteristic on a previous day before a prediction object day and a characteristic on the prediction object day, respectively, and are consecutive before the prediction object day. The calculation unit 203 refers to the storage unit 201, and calculates the number of predicted visitors on the prediction object day on the basis of the number of visitors and the number of visitors on the previous day as to the first period and the second period extracted by the extraction unit 202. The output unit 204 outputs the number of predicted visitors calculated by the calculation unit 203. |
