PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency circuit and a high frequency circuit-waveguide converter capable of realizing a back-short function in a low profile configuration.SOLUTION: The high frequency circuit pertaining to an embodiment comprises: a dielectric layer; a strip conductor provided on the dielectric layer; an antenna provided at a tip end of the strip conductor; a first conductor layer formed on one side of the dielectric layer; a second conductor layer formed on the other side of the dielectric layer and having an opening for electromagnetic coupling; and a conductor wall penetrating through the dielectric layer around the antenna to establish electrical continuity between the first conductor layer and the second conductor layer. The conductor wall is provided on the opposite side to the strip conductor across the antenna, and is provided with a short-circuit wall at a position where the distance between the center of the opening and itself in a direction intersecting the stacking direction of the dielectric layer, the first conductor layer, and the second conductor layer is 1/8λg to 1/4λg. |
