A method of producing a polarizing plate according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of; manufacturing a polarizing film on a resin base substrate by stretching and staining the laminate comprising the resin base substrate and a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin layer formed on one side of the resin substrate; laminating a first protective film on an opposite side of a resin substrate of the polarizing film; and laminating a second protective film on the side of which the resin substrate of the polarizing film is peeled off after peeling off the resin substrate. At least one lamination of the first protective film and the second protective film is performed through an adhesive having a moisture content of 10% or less.
