PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crimp terminal capable of improving electrical reliability by improving a crimp performance.SOLUTION: A crimp terminal 11 comprises a conductor crimp part 27 with a U-shaped cross section that includes: a bottom plate part 21 in which a conductor exposed in an end of an aluminum wire is placed on an inner surface 33; and a pair of conductor caulking pieces 31a and 31b which extend upwards from both side edges of the bottom plate part 21 along a length direction and are curved inwards so as to involve the conductor of the aluminum wire to caulk the conductor into a state adhered on the inner surface 33 of the bottom plate part 21. On the inner surface 33 of the conductor crimp part 27 where the conductor is caulked in such a manner that, while positioning one conductor caulking piece 31a at a lower side, the other conductor caulking piece 31b is overlapped at an upper side of the one conductor caulking piece 31a, a protruding indent 35 is provided so as to continuously extend at least in a direction crossing a length direction from a corner part between the bottom part 21 and the conductor caulking pieces 31a and 31b to the bottom plate 21 and the conductor caulking pieces 31a and 31b. |
