PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a cylinder filling method capable of dissolving granular a solid functionality substance by liquefaction carbon dioxide filled in the cylinder, mixing it with liquefaction carbon dioxide, filling it, efficiently preventing mixing of impurity and filling it efficiently in the cylinder under a state in which the functionality substance is dissolved in liquefaction carbon dioxide at a prescribed concentration.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method for filling liquefaction carbon dioxide in a storage container into a cylinder by using a filling pipe for use in filling it through a filling port of the cylinder under a pressure of 1.5 to 7 Mpa comprising the steps of connecting a functionality substance fed cartridge filled with a granular solid functionality substance under normal temperature and normal pressure to the filling pipe; dissolving the functionality substance filled in the functionality substance fed cartridge with liquefaction carbon dioxide passed when liquefaction carbon dioxide is filled in the cylinder; and mixing it into liquefaction carbon dioxide and filling it in the cylinder. |
