<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the contamination of re-transfer.SOLUTION: A printer is provided with: a first conveyance roller 33 for conveying a sheet at a first conveyance speed on a first conveyance path CR1; a sensor 36 for detecting the surface roughness of a sheet P conveyed by the first conveyance roller 33; a printing part 30, 31 provided on the path CR1 for printing the sheet P conveyed through the path CR1 on the basis of an image data; a second conveyance roller 35 for conveying the sheet P printed by the printing part 30, 31 at a second conveying speed equal to or higher than a fist conveying speed through a second conveyance path CR2 connected to the downstream side of the path CR1; an acceleration conveyance roller 34 provided to a connection part of the paths CR1 and CR2 and conveying the sheet P from the path CR1 to CR2; and a control part 70 for controlling the roller 34 so that the acceleration by the acceleration conveyance roller 34 lessens when the surface roughness detected by the sensor 36 is higher than a prescribed threshold value.</p> |
