PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail management device which automatically manages an inquiry mail as a series of inquires even when having received a correction mail.SOLUTION: A mail management device includes: means for previously storing a first sender identifier of a first mail from a manager; means for registering first information on the contents of a second mail including first identification information of the second mail sent from a managed person; and means for determining whether or not a third mail is a mail sent from the manager based on a second sender identifier of the third mail and the first sender identifier, determining whether or not the third mail is a reply to the second mail based on the presence or absence of second identification information of a fourth mail related to the third mail and the first identification information, and determining whether or not the third mail is a mail having first relevance with the second mail based on the similarity obtained by using the first information and the second information on the contents of the third mail which had been determined that the third mail is not the mail sent from the manager. |
