PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide artificial ground applied with seismic isolators, having excellent seismic isolation performance by a minimally-possible small number of seismic isolators, and supporting an upper structure.SOLUTION: Artificial ground 10 is constituted of at least a plurality of legs 1, and supports an upper structure B. Either of a seismic isolation pivot 3 or a pin pivot 4 is interposed between an upper end of the leg 1 and the upper structure B, there are at least one or more pin pivots 4 therebetween, a rigid pivot 5 is interposed at a lower end of the leg at which the seismic isolation pivot 3 is arranged at the upper end between a foundation located below the lower end and the lower end, and another pin pivot 4 is interposed at a lower end of the leg at which the pin pivot 4 is arranged at the upper end between a foundation located bellow the lower end and the lower end. |
