PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing device with a brake rotor in which load concentration is avoided, strength of a brake rotor is raised and processing of surfaces which contact to each other is made easy.SOLUTION: Floating islands 11d which project to a flange part 23 side in the circumference of insertion holes 11a are formed on the side surface of the flange part 23 side of a brake rotor, and flat surfaces 11e which contact closely the side surface of the flange part 23 are formed in the floating islands 11d. The flat surfaces 11e are formed at positions which do not protrude in the width direction of the flange part 23; a width of the flat surface 11e is specified as equal to or less than a width Wa of the flange part 23; a distance Wb from the outer diameter side to the inner diameter side of the flat surface 11e is specified as equal to or less than the width Wa of the flange part 23; and the inner diameter side of the flat surface 11e is positioned at the outer diameter side of the inner periphery of the brake rotor.
