PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the condensation of vapor on a medium supporting portion in a recording apparatus provided with a heater that dries ink without making contact with a recording medium, the ink recorded on the recording medium by discharging the ink onto the recording medium, and the vapor evaporating from the ink due to the heater.SOLUTION: The recording apparatus includes a recording head 4 that discharges the ink onto the recording medium P, a heater 7 that dries the ink discharged on the recording medium P by the recording head 4 without making contact with the recording medium P, a medium supporting portion 6 provided with an opening portion 19 which allows vapor that evaporates from the ink due to the heater 7 to pass therethrough, and a condensation guide portion 8 that causes the vapor passing through the opening portion 19 to condense. |
