<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door closer that makes a door reliably closed when the door cannot be closed by an urging force of a spring and the like.SOLUTION: A door closer 10 includes a coiled spring 26 for moving a rotatably-supported door 8, which is provided to partition the inside and outside of a building, in a closing direction, and an electric actuator 56 that moves the door 8 in the closing direction when the door 8 cannot be closed within a predetermined period of time by the coiled spring 26 and a difference in air pressure between both the front and back sides of the door 8 is a predetermined value or above.</p> |
