<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for discriminating importance of a keyword based on both of information originated from a customer at a web page or the like and information originated from a customer by email.SOLUTION: A proposal creation support device includes: first acquisition means for acquiring a document published by a server and storing in first storage means; second acquisition means for receiving an email and storing in second storage means; text analysis means for extracting a word from the document stored in the first storage means and the email stored in the second storage means; and keyword arithmetic means for calculating, in the document, frequency of occurrence of the word extracted from the document, and in the email, frequency of occurrence of the word extracted from the email, and stores the word any of these frequencies of which exceeds a prescribed value, in third storage means.</p> |
