PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive electrode for resistance welding capable of suitably using for joint of a workpiece comprising a thin plate with uneven structure such as a separator of a fuel cell, and also of easily producing or exchanging depending on the workpiece.SOLUTION: When conducting a resistance welding by holding a workpiece W comprising at least two thin plates P1 and P2 between a pair of electrodes 11 and 12 and by pressurizing using a pressure roller 13 rolling on one electrode 12 and turning on electricity, a press-molded product is used as the pair of electrodes 11 and 12.
