PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band and an electronic device which can be appropriately attached to a human body.SOLUTION: A band 6 which is configured to attach a device body 4 of an electronic device to a human body includes: a first band member 8 and a second band member 10 which are respectively attached to the device body 4; and a connecting member 12 provided on an end part on an opposite side to the device body 4 in the first band member 8, for connecting between the first band member 8 and the second band member 10. At least one of the first band member 8 and the second band member 10 has expanding and contracting parts 18 and 40 which expands and contracts along a band extending direction that is an extending direction from the device body 4. The expanding and contracting parts 18 and 40 each include a first fitting member 28 located on a side of the device body 4, a second fitting member 26 provided so as to be displaceable relative to the first fitting member 28 along the band extending direction, and an energizing member 58 accommodated in the first fitting member 28 and the second fitting member 26, for energizing the second fitting member 26 in a direction opposite to the band extending direction. |
