PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of product reviews.SOLUTION: A review managing device comprises a specifying unit, a determining unit, and a write-in control unit. The specifying unit specifies an access user and an object product on the basis of a request from a user terminal. The determining unit acquires information on the delivery process of the product bought by the user on a Web site, and determines whether or not the access user has received the object product bought on the Web site. The write-in control unit, upon or after determination that the access user has received the object product, permits the access user to write in a review on the object product or, if it is determined that the access user has not received the object product, restricts the access user's write-in of a review on the object product. |
