PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave surgical device which minimizes damage to surrounding tissue.SOLUTION: An ablation system includes: an image database for accumulating a plurality of computed tomography (CT) images 1005, 1007, 1009 of a luminal network; and a navigation system for enabling, in combination with an endoscope and the CT images, navigation of a locatable guide and an extended working channel to a target point 1017. The system further includes: one or more positioning markers arranged at a base end of the target point 1017; and a percutaneous microwave ablation device for applying energy to the target point 1017. |
