摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler material for joining an aluminum material or an aluminum alloy material with a steel material and a method of producing a different-material-welded structure which can enhance the joint strength, suppress cracking of joints and cause less breaking during wire drawing.SOLUTION: A filler material is composed of an aluminum alloy consisting of 1.0-6.0 mass% Si, 0.01-0.30 mass% Ti and remaining aluminum and unavoidable impurities, and a skin material composed of an aluminum alloy containing 1.0-6.0 mass% Si, 0.01-0.30 mass% Ti and remaining aluminum and unavoidable impurities is filled with a flux in such an amount as to give a filling rate of 2.0-20.0 mass% relative to the mass of the whole of a wire, in order to obtain a filler material. The aluminum material or an aluminum alloy material is welded with a steel material by using the filler material.
