PRODUCTION SYSTEM OF STACKED PACKAGE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production system and manufacturing method of stacked package capable of increasing the productivity in stacked package production.SOLUTION: A carrier 5 carrying plural bottom packages 4 is recognized in an optical manner to detect positions of a representative marks formed on the carrier 5 and positions of bottom packages 4 on the carrier 5 to feed back the same to a component mounting apparatus M2. The component mounting apparatus M2 mounts top packages 14 on each of the bottom packages 4 based on the recognition result in which the positions of the representative marks only recognized by a recognition camera 8 and a mark position detection section 9 and a transferred position data 7a. With this, the positional recognition of the respective bottom packages 4 is not required in the mounting process of the top package 14. Thus, the assembly tact time required for stacking the component is reduced and the productivity in the stacked package manufacture is increased.
