<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine which does not raise a question of increase in water consumption and prolonged operation time by a foam discharge step as much as a conventional one, and which can solve the problem about residual foam after the completion of the operation.SOLUTION: Cloth quality of laundry is determined during a washing step, and when the cloth quality is determined to be easy to absorb water, control is performed to promote water discharge from a tub in a first dewatering step after the washing step more than the time when the cloth quality is determined to be hard to absorb water.</p> |
