<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler that enables shortening of time required for manufacturing and cost reduction and is accommodated in a heat exchanger for a compressed air dehumidifier.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 1 includes a cooler 2 that is accommodated in a pressure container 20 having an introduction port 21 and a discharge port 22 for compressed air and that functions as an evaporator of a refrigeration cycle 30 to exchange heat with the compressed air for cooling and dehumidification. The heat exchanger 1 is configured so that drain generated in the cooler 2 during cooling of the compressed air can be discharged to outside of the pressure container 20. The cooler 2 is constituted by a plurality of cooler blocks 3 each comprising: a plurality of heat exchange fins 10; meandering refrigerant piping 11 penetrating through the heat exchange fins 10; and side plates 13 installed at both ends of the heat exchange fins 10. Both ends of the plurality of cooler blocks 3 are held by common tube plates 14, 15, respectively.</p> |
