PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving mechanism which easily cools a lubricant filling a gear box, and to provide a robot.SOLUTION: A driving mechanism includes: a gear box which stores a gear group for transmitting power from a driving source to a driven body and is filled with a lubricant for lubricating the gear group, the gear box provided in a given member; and a lubricant circulation passage which is connected with the gear box and circulates the lubricant. The lubricant circulation passage has an external circulation part which passes the exterior of the given member. The structure allows the driving mechanism to cool the lubricant filling the gear box with a simple structure. |
