PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency in assembly work.SOLUTION: A control device 10 usually performs control so that a robot 20 sequentially picks and assembles components from a component placing tray 30 in accordance with an assembling sequence. When the robot 20 cannot pick some components in accordance with a predetermined assembling sequence, the control device 10 controls the motion of the robot 20 so that the robot picks firstly components very likely to be picked and assembles the firstly picked components in accordance with the assembling sequence in the picked components. Subsequently, the control device 10 changes conditions of picking and controls the motion of the robot 20 so that the robot 20 picks and assembles components not yet assembled on the basis of the changed conditions of picking. |
