<p>The objective of the present invention is to improve the flavors and digestibility of fodder for cattle and swine by using rice having husks adhering thereto as a main ingredient of the fodder. To achieve the above objective, the present invention provides fodder (1) for cattle and swine and a method for appropriately producing the fodder (1) for cattle and swine through an extruder. The fodder (1) for cattle and swine is produced by using rice having husks adhering thereto as a main ingredient and includes the pulverized material of the rice. In the fodder, a granulated pulverized material covered with husks is expanded to form a porous structure and fiber pieces (3) which are the pulverized material of the husks are mixed in the expanded grains (2) constituting the porous structure.</p> |
