The tool (10) has an applying part (12) e.g. brush bundle, arranged at a holder (14). A movable protective sleeve (16) is mounted at the holder and is slidable over the applying part. The protective sleeve exhibits a cross-section, which corresponds to a cross-section of the applying part. The protective sleeve closely encloses the applying part. The holder is designed in a tubular shape. The holder includes a substance feeding unit i.e. output unit (18) of a dispenser or container (20), at an end of the applying part and a fixing unit. |
