PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm display device and alarm display method which can easily determine current rainfall and water level situations in a watershed of a river and enables efficient monitoring of measurement values and alarm levels of measuring instruments installed in a plurality of observation stations placed in the watershed.SOLUTION: A alarm display device comprises: a data storage unit which stores data including a plurality of measurement values taken by a plurality of measuring instruments, and a plurality of discrimination values to be criteria for a plurality of alarm levels; a determination unit which determines the alarm levels corresponding to the measurement values measured by the alarm measuring instruments, and acquires, as an alarm measuring instrument number, the number of the alarm measuring instruments that measure the measurement value exceeding any of the plurality of discrimination values, and determines, as a graphics dividing method, a method for obtaining groups of a plurality of strips by dividing each of a plurality of partial graphics obtained by dividing a predetermined graphic into the alarm measuring instrument number of pieces, into the plurality of alarm levels of pieces; an output unit for outputting information on the graphics dividing method determined by the determination unit, the alarm measuring instrument, and the alarm levels corresponding to the measurement values measured by the alarm measuring instruments; and a display unit which displays the predetermined graphics divided into the plurality of strips on the basis of the graphics dividing method outputted from the output unit. |
