PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic file production device that can efficiently produce a dynamic electronic file with respect to a document having an element other than text data contained.SOLUTION: Data analysis means 103 analyzes the amount of information on a display object data area in a document 200 on the basis of a document structure analyzed by document structure analysis means 102. Time information generation means 104 generates display time information on the display object data area on the basis of the amount of the information on the display object data area. Dynamic electronic file output means 107 outputs dynamic electronic file 300 having a display time for each display object data area, using the display time information.
