In the chemical thermal storage air-conditioning system 1, during hydration reaction of the chemical thermal storage medium 21, when the water W recovered to the heat exchange type water tank 4 is supplied to a reactor 2 via an evaporator 31, heat stored in the heat exchange type water tank 4 is used as a heat source of the evaporator 31, and by using heat generated by the hydration reaction of the chemical thermal storage medium 21, a temperature of air A passing through air-conditioning piping 6 and coming into contact with the reactor 2 and the heat exchanger 25 is controlled.
