PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate a contact according to a simpler method in optoacoustic measurement employing a probe that includes plural acoustic wave detection elements.SOLUTION: An optoacoustic measuring device 10 having a probe 11 that includes a light emission unit which emits measuring light L and plural acoustic wave detection elements includes a decision unit 28 that decides whether the probe 11 and an object M are in contact with each other or are not in contact with each other, and a light intensity control unit (for example, a switching control unit 36 and intensity switching unit 37) that controls the intensity of the measuring light to a first intensity or a second intensity larger than the first intensity according to a result of decision by the decision unit 28. The decision unit 28 makes the decision on the basis of changes in plural optoacoustic signals detected by the plural acoustic wave detection elements. |
