<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user information management device capable of managing history of an ATM user's in-store actions after using an ATM in a shop to offer better services to the user at the user's next visits.SOLUTION: A user information management device acquires a card image with a camera 6 installed in a card insertion slot 5 of an ATM 1 in a shop. When acquiring the card image, the user information management device tracks a customer with a camera 4 installed in the shop, specifies action history of the user, and stores the card image associated with the action history in a storage device. When the user uses the ATM 1 again, the user information management device searches for the card image and determines coupons or the like to offer on the basis of the action history stored in association with the searched card image.</p> |
