<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a surrounding line in an image from being conspicuous.SOLUTION: A color value of a first target pixel in a first region composing a surrounding line is changed by using respective color values of a plurality of pixels, including a color value of a first inside pixel in an inside region to be an inner peripheral side region of the first region and a color value of a first outside pixel in an outside region to be an outer peripheral side region of the first region. Further a color value of a second target pixel in the first region is changed by using respective color values of a plurality of pixels, including a color value of a second inside pixel in the inside region and a color value of the second outside pixel in the outside region.</p> |
