PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive nucleic acid analyzing method which analyzes a mutations of several bases with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A method comprises the following steps of: preparing a primer set to amplify a template sequence comprising a mutation site which consists of a first or a second base; subjecting a sample to an amplification reaction with a primer set in one reaction vessel to obtain an amplification product; reacting a nucleic acid probe complementary to a target sequence and the amplification product; detecting an amount of caused hybridization and analyzing the nucleic acid comprised in the sample. The first primer comprises a sequence complementary to the mutation site which consists of a first base on 3' side, and comprises a sequence complementary to a part of template nucleic acids and a tag sequence. The second primer comprises a sequence complementary to the mutation site which consists of a second base on 3' side, and comprises a sequence complementary to a part of template nucleic acids and a tag sequence. |
