PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve load distribution of processing due to a time-out.SOLUTION: In an information processor, a communication part acquires a timer specification time being a time when processing executed by a server performs a time-out and a transaction ID for identifying the processing executed by the server from the server connected communicably to a plurality of servers to execute processing. A control part selects a server to be a notification destination of the time-out among the plurality of connected servers. Then, the control part transmits notification of the time-out and the transaction ID to the selected server when processing of the server for executing the processing until being the timer specification time is not completed. When the selected server receives the notification of the time-out and the transaction ID, the selected server executes processing due to the time-out of processing shown by the transaction ID.
