PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodles boiling device capable of boiling various kinds of noodles at the same time with a boiling tank with a small amount of hot water favorably, while preventing hot water temperature drop during putting of noodles.SOLUTION: Provided is the noodles boiling device having plural gas burners 2 on a lower part of a boiling tank 3. In the boiling tank, a heat transfer partition material 5 for partitioning the boiling tank into two or more individual tanks 31, 32 and performing heating function is provided. On the heat transfer partition material, a combustion gas flow passage communicating upward from the boiling tank bottom face part 33 and whose vertical ends are opened is provided. The combustion gas of the gas burners is circulated in the combustion gas flow passage from the boiling tank bottom face part upward. The gas burners can burn selectively according to the respective individual tanks partitioned by the heat transfer partition material of the boiling tank. |
