PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging system capable of extracting and removing blinker noise.SOLUTION: An imaging system includes: an extraction part which extracts a pixel generating noise generated due to radiation arriving at the pixel through a conversion part on the basis of a plurality of pixels each converting light converted by a conversion part for converting radiation into light into an electric signal and an image based on output signals outputted from the plurality of pixels; and a correction part for performing correction for removing noise to an output signal outputted from the pixel extracted by the extraction part. The extraction part extracts the pixel generating the noise by performing division of a first image based on output signals outputted from the plurality of pixels in accordance with radiation radiated to the conversion part in a first period out of a radiation irradiation period in which the conversion part is irradiated with radiation and a second image based on output signals outputted from the plurality of pixels in accordance with radiation radiated to the conversion part in a second period after the first period out of the radiation irradiation period.
