PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation shelf and a holding structure thereof by which tomatoes can be highly efficiently and stably separated, in a separation unit that separates fruits by vertically moving tomato branches with the separation shelf that vertically moves the branches.SOLUTION: A separation shelf 41 is held by a support frame 46 through a vertical driving mechanism, with one end in the front and rear of the support frame 46 held by a support structure in a manner freely adjusting the height. On the side of the support frame 46, there is installed a tilt angle display 10, making it display a tilt angle relative to a level of the support frame 46. Consequently, the tilt angle of the support frame 46 is set at an initial set angle by driving height adjusting means, and thereby the deviation of the tilt angle of the support frame 46 during an operation relative to the initially set tilt angle is displayed. |
