PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle lighting appliance which can exhibit a change of a color of a reflector at non-lighting as gradation by a simple constitution without being influenced in design and collapsing a basic tone of the design.SOLUTION: In a position lamp (vehicle lighting appliance) 1 which accommodates at least a bulb (light source) 6, and a reflector 7 having a dummy part 7B at which light from the bulb 6 does not arrive in a lamp chamber 5 defined by a housing 2 and an outer lens 4 which covers the opening of the housing 2, a plurality of slit-shaped holes 7c are formed at the dummy part 7B of the reflector 7 in the vehicle width direction at proper intervals, and the sizes of the holes 7c are set so to be gradually large toward the outside of the vehicle width direction. |
