PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: compounds capable of being shine additives effective in a low concentration in a cleaning formulation; and their preparation method.SOLUTION: The invention relates to phosphoric acid esters of polyether-modified alkyl alcohols, represented by general formula 1, or its salt. [R1 to R4 are identical or different and are selected from R-O-(SO)a-(EO)b-(PO)c-(BO)d- and OH, wherein SO is styrene oxide, EO is ethylene oxide, PO is propylene oxide, and BO is butylene oxide, provided that at least one of R1 to R4 is/are not OH; a=2.2 to 10, b=3 to 20, c=0 to 10, d=0 to 10, and R is selected from branched or linear, saturated or unsaturated alkyl groups having 8 to 20 carbon atoms.] |
