PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt device that can slide and move between a bolt and a nut, and provide a telescopic joint having the bolt device as a stopper and allowing a clearance between pipings to be extended by a simple structure.SOLUTION: This invention comprises a bolt 4 having a head part 3 and a shank part 2; a half nut 8 in which a plurality of divided units can be aligned and threadably engaged with the shant part and having a pressure receiving slant surface 7 with a surface facing toward a second location as seen in a sectional view being inclined in respect to an axis line; a resilient member 9 arranged at an outer peripheral part at the shant part and resiliently deformable in an axial direction; a pre-pressure applying member 16 for pre-pressurizing the resilient member to apply a pre-compression force F1 to the half nut; an abutting member 12 having an abutting slant surface 11 abutting against the pressure receiving slant surface; and a connecting member 13 connecting the abutting member to the second location and is characterized in that a diameter of the half nut is expanded as the thread engaged state between the half nut and the bolt is released and the bolt is slid and moved in respect to the half nut. |
