PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground structure of a building, rationally constructible, by improving workability and economical efficiency, by applying a hybrid construction method comprising an RC structure column and an S structure beam to the underground structure.SOLUTION: Columns 1, 1' and 3 of an underground structure A are formed as a reinforced concrete structure, and beams 7 and 8 are formed as a steel frame structure, and the columns 1 and 1' of the first basement (the one underground floor) are formed with a joint steel pipe to be joined with a column 2 of an aboveground structure, and are formed as a stress switching column for transmitting stress from the column 2 of the aboveground structure to the column 3 of the reinforced concrete structure deeper than the second basement (the other underground floor) in a height equivalent to one layer. The stress switching column 1 of the building inside is also formed by joining to the column 2 of the aboveground structure via the joint steel pipe and concrete by placing the concrete in the joint steel pipe by being divided into the building inside and a building outer peripheral part. The stress switching column 1' of the building outer peripheral part is formed by integrating an underground outer peripheral wall of the reinforced concrete structure and the mutual concretes by using the joint steel pipe formed by opening a partial side surface. |
