PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instruction processing device and method in which power and time are saved.SOLUTION: An instruction processing method includes the steps of: expectedly waking up a source of a dependent instruction by a generation instruction of the dependent instruction; expectedly waking up a source of a dependent instruction nested by the dependent instruction according to the dependent instruction; setting a source preparation bit of the source of the dependent instruction, and setting a source preparation bit of the source of the nested dependent instruction so as to indicate the source of the dependent instruction and the source of the nested dependent instruction are ready for access; setting a cancel timer of the dependent instruction, and setting a cancel timer of the source of the nested dependent instruction on the basis of an expected cancel time at which the generation instruction is expected to be canceled; and canceling the dependent instruction and the nested dependent instruction at the same time.
