PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a shorter measurement time.SOLUTION: One of (1) the method of determining an order of measurement to execute a sequence method so that a temperature control part which is expected to require a shorter time for reaching a preset temperature is measured earlier, as the time required for reaching the preset temperature between measures can be estimated by calculation if rates of temperature rise and temperature fall of the temperature control part are recorded in a storage medium in advance and retained, and (2) the method of controlling a sequence so that a measurement having a temperature condition to which a temperature control part can transit from a temperature condition of the measurement currently in progress in the shortest time is determined by calculation from among all unmeasured measurements, on the basis of data of the rates of temperature rise and temperature fall of the temperature control part, and the determined unmeasured measure which requires the shortest time is selected as a measure to be executed next, is adopted. |
