PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery waste supply apparatus and a method for supplying a powdery waste which are capable of preventing the occurrences of a fire and dust explosion and achieving a quantitative continuous supply of the powdery waste to a combustion furnace.SOLUTION: A powdery waste supply apparatus includes: a storage means for storing a powdery waste; a processing means for supplying the powdery waste to a combustion furnace which communicates with the storage means; and a quantitative supply means for quantitatively supplying the powdery waste in a tightly closed state to the processing means.
