PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and an automobile using the same capable of performing communication with an antenna provided in a body case.SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes a body case 4 and an electric circuit board 20 disposed in the body case 4. The body case 4 has a carbon fiber sheet 15 and a resin layer 16 covering the sheet 15. The electric circuit board 20 has a communication section 12 and an antenna 13 connected to the communication section 12. An opening 17 is formed in a portion of the sheet 15 facing the antenna 13, and the resin layer 16 is formed in the opening 17.
