PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow line prediction device or the like for predicting a flow line of a new facility layout by using a travelling prediction equation calculated from facility layout information.SOLUTION: A flow line prediction device generates a travelling direction prediction formula representing relation between a probability Pof moving toward each travelling direction j in a branch point of a coordinate (x, y) of a passage in a facility and facility layout information composed of facility conditions such as a facility area, a passage width and the number of shelves, and passage conditions such as the coordinate of the branch point and a property of the branch point, and substitutes the facility layout information and the probability Pof moving toward each travelling direction j in the previously measured branch point to previously determine a weighting coefficient of each condition by a multiple regression analysis and machine learning. The flow line prediction device substitutes the facility layout information of the facility whose flow line is desired to be predicted for the travelling direction prediction formula by the determined coefficient to determine the probability Pof moving toward each travelling direction j in each branch point, and predicts the flow line by sequentially connecting from the branch point in the direction having higher probability Pof each branch point. |
