PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable recognition of a signal that was not able to be recognized.SOLUTION: A signal processing apparatus comprises: repetition detection means to detect repetition of feature quantities from a time series of feature quantities of input operation; recognition condition change means to change recognition conditions for recognizing preset operation contents from the feature quantities if the repetition detection means has detected repetition of the feature quantities; and recognition means to recognize operation contents for the feature quantities on the basis of the recognition conditions changed by the recognition condition change means.
