PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cracks of seal members, in a uniaxial actuator in which an entire upper side of a guide rail is covered with a cover, which has an attachment member for fixing a member to be guided arranged in an upper part of the cover to a slider, and in which an opening part formed of an upper end of a side face of the guide rail and a lower end of the cover is blocked by the vertically-divided belt-shaped seal members.SOLUTION: An attachment member 14 is composed of: a main body 14a which is fixed to an upper face of a slider; an attachment part 14b which is arranged outside a guide rail in an axial direction, extends to an upper side of a cover, and attaches a member to be guided; and a connecting part 14c for connecting the main body and the attachment part. The connecting part 14c is arranged in an opening part, and moves by push-opening upper and lower seal members. A member for reducing a friction coefficient is arranged in a portion in which the seal members of the connecting part 14 contact with each other. |
