TWO-WAY SIMULTANEOUS MEASURING SYSTEM FOR EVALUATING FUNCTION OF CELL

The present invention relates to a two-way simultaneous measuring system for evaluating the function of a cell, which includes: (i) an atomic force microscopy, and (ii) a flat plate shaped sensor for culturing a cell and measuring cell secretion materials by including a gas penetrating film and an electrode connected to the gas penetrating film, and to a method for evaluating the function of a cell using the same. The two-way simultaneous measuring system for evaluating the function of a cell can evaluate the function of a cell by simultaneously evaluating the characteristics of various cells in real time such as the shape and properties of the cells and the amount of secretion of cell metabolism materials, and can be adopted and applied to early diagnosis of related diseases, drug screening, and development of treatment drugs by checking the effects of the cell treatment materials through functional evaluation of the cell.
