The present invention relates to a complex capsule comprising a core containing a phase transformation substance; a polymer shell surrounding the core; an amphipathic polymer formed on the external line of the shell; and to a method to manufacture the same. The complex capsule has excellent heat storage capacity, and provides excellent adhesion without an extra adhesive component.
