The purpose of the present invention is to provide a tandem gas shield arc welding method of a horizontal fillet welding capable of allowing a leading electrode and a following electrode to be reverse polarity, not generating undercut by using 100% carbon dioxide, having low spatter and obtaining a good bead shape, and performing deep weld penetration. The torch angle (θ_L) of a leading electrode (4) consisting of a solid wire, and the torch angle (θ_T) of a following electrode (5) consisting of a flux cored wire is set to be 5°<=θ_L<40° and 40°<=θ_T<=60°, and 100% carbon dioxide is used as shield gas (G) of both electrodes. The welding voltage (V_L) which is a welding parameter of the leading electrode (4) is 26-38 [V], the welding current (I_L) is 350-550 [A], and the relation between the welding voltage (V_L) [V] and the welding current (I_L) [A] is satisfied with 56<=(V_L·10^3/I_L)<=84. |
